Terms and Conditons

1. Eligibility: The artist call out is open to all artists who are at least 18 years of age, regardless of their gender, race, nationality, or religion.
2. Originality: By submitting your artwork, you confirm that it is original and created by you. Any copyrighted or trademarked material used in the artwork must be properly licensed or used within fair use guidelines.
3. Submission Standards: All submitted artwork must comply with the hospitality industry standards. This means that artwork featuring nudity, smoking, drug use, alcohol use, or any form of profanity or hate speech will not be accepted.
4. Submission Guidelines: Submissions must be made online through the designated submission form or email address provided by the gallery or art event organizers. The submission should include clear images of the artwork, as well as a brief artist statement and artwork description.
5. Selection Process: The selection of artworks for the gallery and art event will be made by a panel of judges appointed by the gallery or art event organizers. The decision of the judges is final and cannot be challenged.
6. Display and Promotion: Selected artworks will be displayed at the gallery and art event for the a certain time period of the exhibition. The gallery or art event organizers reserve the right to use images of the artwork for promotional purposes, including on social media, press releases, and marketing materials.
7. Sale of Artworks: Hijnx PR will take a 5% commission on primary sales for any artwork sales made at the W Hotel. The commission arrangement will be made between the artist and Hinjx and has no relevance to The Mintery, Gamma, Stacks, Mary Lai, W Hotel, or any other brands associated with this project. The gallery or art event organizers will be responsible for collecting payment from buyers and issuing payments to the artists.
8. Liability: The gallery or art event organizers will take all reasonable precautions to protect the artwork while it is in their possession. However, they cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to the artwork, including theft, fire, or natural disasters.
9. Agreement: By submitting your artwork to the artist call out, you agree to these terms and conditions. Any breach of these terms and conditions may result in disqualification from the gallery or art event, and the decision of the gallery or art event organizers in such cases will be final and binding.
